摘 要:血压是一项重要的人体生命体征参数,是医学诊断的关键依据。针对传统听诊血压计存在的测量结果较为主观且水银污染环境等问题,提出一种基于幅度系数与波形特征相结合的血压测量方法。通过气压传感器与袖带,采集人体上臂的振荡脉搏波信号;通过数字低通滤波器,去除高频噪声与工频干扰。构建移动平均滤波器,分离出袖带的静压力信号与脉搏波信号。基于脉搏波信号的波形特点,定位脉搏波的波峰。最后,通过多项式拟合算法拟合出脉搏波的上包络线。利用变幅度系数法与波形特征法相结合,计算出血压值。经测试,该测量方法的测量结果较为准确,能够满足ANSI/AAMI的误差要求。Blood pressure is an important parameter of human vital signs and a key basis for medical diagnosis.Aiming at the problems of the traditional auscultatory sphygmomanometer,such as the subjective measurement results and the pollution of the environment by mercury,a blood pressure measurement method based on the combination of amplitude coefficient and waveform characteristics is proposed.The oscillating pulse wave signal from the upper arm of the human body is collected by the air pressure sensor and the cuff and the high-frequency noise and industrial frequency interference are removed by the digital low-pass filter.A moving average filter is constructed to separate the static pressure signal and pulse wave signal of the cuff.Based on the waveform characteristics of the pulse wave signal,the peak of the pulse wave is localized.Finally,the upper envelope of the pulse wave is fitted by polynomial fitting algorithm.Using the variable amplitude coefficient method combined with the waveform characteristics method,the blood pressure value is calculated.After testing,the measurement results of this measurement method are more accurate and can meet the error requirements of ANSI/AAMI.
