《左传》中的国家安全思想初探

摘　　要：《左传》是一部记述先秦春秋时期历史的优秀典籍,蕴含丰富的国家安全思想。其中,从重民思想到民本思想的演变反映了我国古代国家安全思想中民本思想的凸显;天命与人事并重的思想体现了对政治安全新的认识;遵礼和行诡的共存展现了军事思想的日臻成熟;礼法一体、德主刑辅的思想展现了德治与法治的交叉互补;亲仁善邻体现了重视共同安全的思想;居安思危则是重视预防的安全思想。加强对《左传》中蕴含的国家安全思想的研究力度,既有益于国家安全理论的丰富和发展,也是健全国家安全学学科建设、完善国家安全思想史研究的应有之义。ZuoZhuan is an excellent historical record of the pre-Qin Spring and Autumn period,which contains a wealth of national security thoughts.Among them,the evolution from the thought of emphasizing the people to the thought of the people reflects the prominence of the thought of the people in China’s ancient national security thought;the thought of attaching equal importance to the mandate of heaven and personnel reflects the new understanding of political security;the coexistence of military courtesy and paradox shows the maturity of military thought;the thought of integrating propriety and law and virtue as the principal and punishment as the supplement shows the cross and complement of rule by virtue and law;being friendly to benevolence and neighbors reflects the concept of attaching importance to common security;thinking of danger in times of safety is the security thought that attaches importance to prevention.Strengthening the research on the national security thought contained in ZuoZhuan is not only beneficial to the enrichment and development of national security theories,but also an essential part of improving the discipline construction of national security studies and perfecting the research on the history of national security thought.
