摘 要:基于2018—2023年黄河流域河南段8个地级市的面板数据,以数字基础、数字产业化、产业数字化和数字创新为指标构建指标体系,采用熵值法测评黄河流域河南段的数字经济发展水平。该区域数字经济发展水平整体较低,但发展态势良好,8个地级市之间数字经济发展水平差距明显,4个指标均有不同程度的涨幅,其中数字创新涨幅最大,产业数字化涨幅最小。With the panel data collected of eight prefecture-level cities in the Henan section of the Yellow River Basin from 2018 to 2023,the article aims to construct an indicator system from four dimensions:digital foundation,digital industrialization,industrial digitalization and digital innovation,adopting the entropy method to measure the development level of digital economy in the Henan section of the Yellow River Basin.According to research findings,the development level of digital economy in this region is relatively low,but the trend is favorable;meanwhile,an obvious gap can be seen in the development level of digital economy among eight prefecture-level cities and the four indicators all have varying degrees of increase,of which digital innovation has the largest increase while industrial digitalization shows the smallest rise.
