摘　　要：以金湖未来城项目为例,从城市角度梳理雄安新区规划设计要点,包括公交优先、慢行优先、步行优先,公共开放、社区共享、配套完善,小街区、密路网,少退线、多贴线,丰富且统一,传统与现代融合,绿色低碳。雄安新区经过科学的选址与规划,定成为富有人情味的千年之城。Taking the Jinhu Future City project as an example,the key points of Xiong'an New Area planning and design are summarized from the urban perspective,including public transport priority,slow traffic priority,walking priority,public and open,community sharing,complete supporting facilities,small blocks,dense road network,less retreat lines,closer lines,rich and unified,traditional and modern integration,green and low carbon.After scientific site selection and planning,Xiong'an New Area will surely become a millennium city with human touch.
