摘　　要：商业街区在城市发展中扮演着不可替代的重要角色,不仅反映城市经济活跃度,而且展现城市文化特色。以雄安金湖未来城59宗地为例,从空间塑造、功能布局、材料应用等方面介绍新时代商业建筑设计思路,提出商业建筑与城市公共空间和谐共处、共同发展的设计模式。Commercial blocks play an irreplaceable role in urban development,which not only reflects the economic activity of the city,but also shows the cultural characteristics of the city.Taking the 59 Site of Xiong'an Jinhu Future City as an example,the design ideas of commercial buildings in the new era are introduced from the aspects of space shaping,functional layout and material application,to propose the design mode of harmonious coexistence and common development of commercial buildings and urban public space.
