摘　　要：以雄安新区设立8周年为背景,对在容东片区安置区作为设计总包的实践经验进行总结和分析,探讨政府投资项目与市场化投资项目的差异,总结不同类型项目的管理痛点,从经营思路、团队配置及后续服务层面提出管理策略。On the background of the 8th anniversary of the establishment of Xiong'an New Area,the practical experience as a general design contractor in the resettlement area of Rongdong District is summarized and analyzed,the differences between government investment projects and market-oriented investment projects are discussed,and the management pain points of different types of projects are summarized,the management strategies from the level of management idea,team configuration and follow-up service are put forward.
