摘　　要：居住空间作为承载人们日常活动与精神价值的关键场所,其演变与社会经济发展及居民需求演进密切相关。探讨寒地城市居住空间特征,分析迭代更新影响因素,结合住宅项目实践,从户型功能、空间演变、环境重塑3个维度探讨居住空间构成中的人本化、适地化、集约化发展策略,以期为相关理论研究与实践提供借鉴。As the key place carrying human daily activities and spiritual values,the evolution of residential space is closely related to the development of social economy and the evolution of residents'needs.Exploring the characteristics of residential space in cold cities,analyzing the influencing factors of iterative updates,and combining residential project practice,to explore the strategies of humanization,localization and intensification in the composition of residential space from three dimensions,which are layout function,spatial evolution and environmental reshaping,to provide references for relevant theoretical research and practice.
