摘 要:目的:探究微创经皮内固定术对胫骨骨折患者康复进程及应激因子水平的影响。方法:回顾性分析2020年7月-2024年2月陇西县第三人民医院收治的87例胫骨骨折患者为研究对象,按照治疗方式不同将其分为微创内固定组(n=41)及切开内固定组(n=46)。微创内固定组采用微创经皮内固定术治疗,切开内固定组采用切开复位内固定术治疗。对比两组康复进程、肢体功能恢复状况、应激因子水平及并发症发生情况。结果:微创内固定组的手术时长、骨折愈合时间、住院天数均短于切开内固定组,术中失血量少于切开内固定组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后6个月微创内固定组的肢体功能恢复优良率为97.56%,高于切开内固定组的80.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后1 d,微创内固定组的P物质、皮质醇、白细胞介素-6及白细胞介素-8水平均低于切开内固定组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。微创内固定组的并发症发生率为7.32%,低于切开内固定组的23.91%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:微创经皮内固定术可加快胫骨骨折患者康复进程,减轻创伤应激,促进其肢体功能恢复,且能降低并发症发生风险。Objective:To investigate the effect of minimally invasive percutaneous internalfixation on rehabilitation process and stress factor levels in patients with tibial fracture.Methods:Data of 87 patients with tibial fracture admitted to the Third People’s Hospital of Longxi County from July 2020 to February 2024 were retrospectioely analyzed,and were divided into the minimally invasive internal fixation group(n=41)and the open internal fixation group(n=46)according to different treatment methods.The minimally invasive internalfixation group was treated with minimally invasive percutaneous internalfixation,the open internalfixation group was treated with open reduction internalfixation.The recovery process,the recovery status of limb function,the stress factor levels and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation duration,fracture healing time and hospital stay in the minimally invasive internalfixation group were shorter than those in the open internalfixation group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the open internalfixation group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Six months after surgery,the recovery excellent and good rate of limb function in the minimally invasive internal fixation group was 97.56%,which was higher than 80.43%in the open internalfixation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).One day after surgery,the levels of substance P,cortisol,interleukin-6 and interleukin-8 in the minimally invasive internalfixation group were lower than those in the open internalfixation group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the minimally invasive internal fixation group was 7.32%,which was lower than 23.91%in the open internalfixation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Minimally invasive percutaneous internalfixation can accelerate the rehabilitation process of patients with tibial fractures,alleviat
