通脉生肌散外敷结合微波照射治疗腹部手术切口愈合不良的效果评价

摘　　要：目的:探究腹部手术切口愈合不良患者接受通脉生肌散外敷联合微波照射治疗的效果。方法:选取2022年1月-2024年8月潍坊市坊子区人民医院收治的100例腹部手术切口愈合不良患者为研究对象,按照随机抽签法将其分为对照组及评价组,各50例。对照组采用常规切口清创治疗,评价组在对照组基础上采用通脉生肌散外敷联合微波照射治疗。对比两组炎性指标、疼痛程度、临床指标、切口愈合情况及生活质量。结果:治疗第5天,评价组的肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-6水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗第5天,评价组的疼痛视觉模拟评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗第5天,评价组的切口愈合时间、肉芽生长时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。评价组的切口愈合率为98.00%,高于对照组的86.00%,切口再次裂开发生率为0.00%,低于对照组的8.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗第5天,评价组的健康调查简表中各个维度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹部手术切口愈合过程中采用通脉生肌散外敷联合微波照射治疗,更有利于患者切口愈合,且可降低炎性指标,缓解疼痛,缩短愈合时间,降低切口再次裂开发生率,提高患者生活质量。Objective:To investigate the effect of external application Tongmai Shengji Powder combined with microwave irradiation on patients with poor wound healing of abdominal surgical incision.Methods:A total of 100 patients with poor wound healing of abdominal surgical incision admitted to Weifang Fangzi District People’s Hospital from January 2022 to August 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an evaluation group according to randomly lottery method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional incision debridement,and the evaluation group was treated with external application Tongmai Shengji Powder combined with microwave irradiation.The inflammatory indexes,pain degree,time indexes,wound healing condtion and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:On thefifth day of treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-αand interleukin-6 in the evaluation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).On thefifth day of treatment,the Pain Visual Analogue Scale score of the evaluation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).On thefifth day of treatment,the incision healing time and granulation growth time of the evaluation group were shorter than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The wound healing rate in the evaluation group was 98.00%,which was higher than 86.00%in the control group,the incidence of incision redehiscence was 0.00%,which was lower than 8.00%in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).On thefifth day of treatment,the scores in the MOS Item Short From Health Survey in the evaluation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The external application Tongmai Shengji Powder combined with microwave irradiation in the process of abdomin
