数字金融赋能绿色技术创新的作用机制与门槛效应——基于绿色金融与制度环境的双重视角

摘　　要：绿色技术创新是推动新质生产力发展、实现碳达峰碳中和目标的重要驱动力,而数字金融为促进绿色技术创新提供了关键的金融支持。选取2011—2022年中国地级城市面板数据,基于绿色金融与制度环境视角,探究数字金融赋能绿色技术创新的作用机制与门槛效应。基准检验证实,数字金融有助于促进城市绿色技术创新,从结构层面上看,相较于覆盖广度和数字化程度,数字金融的使用深度对城市绿色技术创新的促进效应更强。机制检验发现,绿色金融发展是数字金融促进绿色技术创新的重要传导渠道,即数字金融通过推动绿色金融发展进而促进绿色技术创新。门槛检验表明,数字金融对绿色技术创新的正向影响存在基于制度环境的双重门槛效应,在制度环境越优良的地区,数字金融对绿色技术创新的推动作用越强。进一步异质性分析得出,在大型城市、非资源型城市以及经济较发达城市中,数字金融对绿色技术创新的促进作用更强。未来各城市在加速推动数字金融发展之际,应着重强化绿色金融发展与制度环境优化,切实有效地提升绿色创新水平。Green technology innovation is an important driving force to promote the development of new quality productivity and achieve the goal of carbon peak carbon neutrality,and digital finance provides key financial support for promoting green technology innovation.Based on the panel data of prefecture-level cities in China from 2011 to 2022,this paper explores the mechanism and threshold effect of digital finance enabling green technology innovation from the perspective of green finance and institutional environment.The benchmark test confirms that digital finance helps to promote green technology innovation,and from a structural perspective,the depth of use of digital finance has a stronger role in promoting green technology innovation than the coverage breadth and digitization degree of digital finance.The mechanism test found that the development of green finance is an important transmission channel for digital finance to promote green technology innovation,that is,digital finance promotes green technology innovation by promoting the development of green finance.Threshold test shows that the positive impact of digital finance on green technology innovation has a double threshold effect based on institutional environment.In the region with better institutional environment,digital finance has a stronger role in promoting green technology innovation.Further heterogeneity analysis shows that in large cities,non-resource-based cities and economically developed cities,digital finance has a stronger role in promoting green technology innovation.In the future,when cities accelerate the development of digital finance,they should focus on strengthening the development of green finance and the optimization of the institutional environment,so as to effectively improve the level of green innovation.
