百会八阵穴针刺联合Schuell刺激法治疗卒中后运动性失语症患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察百会八阵穴针刺联合Schuell刺激法治疗卒中后运动性失语症患者的效果。方法:选取2022年2月至2023年7月该院收治的80例卒中后运动性失语症患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组予以Schuell刺激法治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合百会八阵穴针刺治疗。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后语言沟通能力[中国式功能性语言沟通能力检测法(CFCP)]、认知功能[Loewenstein认知功能评定量表(LOTCA)]、生命质量[卒中和失语症生活质量量表(SAQOL-39)]评分。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为87.50%(35/40),高于对照组的67.50%(27/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组CFCP评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组LOTCA评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组SAQOL-39评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:百会八阵穴针刺联合Schuell刺激法治疗卒中后运动性失语症患者可提高治疗总有效率和语言沟通能力、认知功能、生命质量评分,效果优于单纯Schuell刺激法治疗。Objective:To observe effects of Baihui Bazhen point acupuncture combined with Schuell stimulation in treatment of patients with post-stroke motor aphasia.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 80 patients with post-stroke motor aphasia admitted to this hospital from February 2022 to July 2023.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Schuell stimulation,while the observation group was treated with Baihui Bazhen point acupuncture on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacies and the scores of the verbal communication ability[Chinese functional verbal communication ability test(CFCP)],cognitive function[Loewenstein cognitive function rating scale(LOTCA)],quality of life[stroke and aphasia quality of life scale(SAQOL-39)]were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 87.50%(35/40),which was higher than 67.50%(27/40)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the CFCP scores of the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the LOTCA scores of the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,after the treatment,the SAQOL-39 scores of the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Baihui Bazhen point acupuncture combined with Schuell stimulation can improve the total effective rate of treatment and the scores of verbal communication ability,cognitive function and quality of life in t
