宣肺通络方联合布地奈德治疗肺炎支原体肺炎患儿的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察宣肺通络方联合布地奈德治疗肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)患儿的效果。方法:回顾性分析2022年3月至2024年3月该院收治的114例MPP患儿的临床资料,根据治疗方法不同将其分为对照组和观察组各57例。两组均予以对症治疗,在此基础上,对照组予以布地奈德治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合宣肺通络方治疗。比较两组临床疗效,临床症状体征(发热、咳嗽、气促、肺部啰音)消失时间,治疗前后潮气肺功能指标[潮气量(VT)、达峰容积比(VPEF/VE)、达峰时间比(TPTEF/TE)]、炎性因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]水平,以及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为92.98%(53/57),高于对照组的78.95%(45/57),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组发热、咳嗽、气促、肺部啰音等临床症状体征消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组VT、VPEF/VE、TPTEF/TE水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组IL-6、CRP、TNF-α水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:宣肺通络方联合布地奈德治疗MPP患儿可提高治疗总有效率和潮气肺功能指标水平,缩短临床症状体征消失时间,降低炎性因子水平,效果优于单纯布地奈德治疗。Objective:To observe effects of Xuanfei Tongluo decoction combined with Budesonide in treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP).Methods:The clinical data of 114 children with MPP admitted to this hospital from March 2022 to March 2024 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,57 cases in each group.Both groups were given symptomatic treatment.On this basis,the control group was treated with Budesonide,while the observation group was treated with Xuanfei Tongluo decoction on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the disappearance time of clinical symptoms and signs(fever,cough,shortness of breath,lung rales),the levels of tidal lung function indexes[tidal volume(VT),peak volume ratio(VPEF/VE),peak time ratio(TPTEF/TE)]and inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)]before and after the treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.98%(53/57),which was higher than 78.95%(45/57)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of clinical symptoms and signs such as fever,cough,shortness of breath and lung rales in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the VT,VPEF/VE and TPTEF/TE levels of the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of IL-6,CRP and TNF-αin the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the i
