香砂平胃散联合头孢克肟治疗肠系膜淋巴结炎患儿的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察香砂平胃散联合头孢克肟治疗肠系膜淋巴结炎患儿的效果。方法:选取2021年4月至2023年4月该院收治的80例肠系膜淋巴结炎患儿进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各40例。两组均进行基础治疗,在此基础上,对照组予以头孢克肟治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合香砂平胃散治疗。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后中医证候积分、炎性指标[C反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)、钙卫蛋白]水平,不良反应发生率,以及复发率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为85.00%(34/40),高于对照组的65.00%(26/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组腹痛、发热、呕吐等中医证候积分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组CRP、PCT、钙卫蛋白水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:香砂平胃散联合头孢克肟治疗肠系膜淋巴结炎患儿可提高治疗总有效率,降低中医证候积分、炎性指标水平和复发率,效果优于单纯头孢克肟治疗。Objective:To observe effects of Xiangsha Pingwei powder combined with Cefixime in treatment of children with mesenteric lymphadenitis.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 80 children with mesenteric lymphadenitis admitted to the hospital from April 2021 to April 2023.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.Both groups received basic treatment.On this basis,the control group was treated with Cefixime,while the observation group was treated with Xiangsha Pingwei powder on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,the inflammatory indexes[C-reactive protein(CRP),procalcitonin(PCT),calprotectin]levels before and after the treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions,and the recurrence rates were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 85.00%(34/40),which was higher than 65.00%(26/40)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes such as abdominal pain,fever and vomiting in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of CRP,PCT and calprotectin in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Xiangsha Pingwei powder combined with Cefixime in the treatment of the children with mesenteric lymphadenitis can improve the total effective rate of treatment and
