摘 要:为探究α-甘露聚糖对保育仔猪免疫力与生产性能的影响,选用保育仔猪40头,采用单因素试验设计,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组20头,公母各半。对照组饲喂保育猪饲料,试验组饲料按500 g/kg添加α-甘露聚糖饲喂至试验结束。40头受试猪于14、28、37、47日龄,分别肌肉注射猪繁殖与呼吸综合征、猪瘟、猪伪狂犬病活疫苗各1头份。试验至54日龄,每组随机抽公母仔猪各3头宰杀,采集肝、胸腺、脾等器官计算器官指数,制作组织切片,光镜检查。于75日龄每组抽样采血7头,ELISA测定3种病原的血清抗体水平。结果显示,试验组全程成活率比对照组提高5%,饲料利用率提高11.49%,试验组54日龄平均体重比对照组高3.11 kg,期末平均日增重高66.26 g,增重部分与投入品的投入产出比为1∶10.55(P<0.05)。试验组肝、胸腺、脾等器官指数均高于对照组(P<0.01)。75日龄,试验组血清抗体阳性率均高于对照组;与对照组相比,试验组肝脏肝小叶结构致密,肝板、肝索形态清晰,肝细胞核清晰,胸腺结构紧凑,发育充分。脾脏,皮质部和髓质部结构致密,白髓和红髓分界清晰,脾小结和弥散性淋巴组织发达。结果表明在保育期内饲喂α-甘露聚糖能显著改善仔猪免疫器官和内脏器官发育,提高保育猪对接种疫苗的免疫应答能力,增强疫苗的免疫效果,给后期肥育和猪的快速生长奠定了良好的基础。In order to explore effects ofα-mannan on the immunity and production performance of nursery piglets,40 nursery piglets were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group by single factor test design,with 20 piglets in each group,half male and half female.The control group was fed with nursery pig feed,and the experimental group was fed with 500 g/kgα-mannan until the end of the experiment.At 14,28,37 and 47 days,the experimental group was intramuscularly injected with porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome,classical swine fever and porcine pseudorabies live vaccines,respectively.At the age of 54 days,three male and three female piglets were randomly selected and slaughtered in each group.Organs such as liver,thymus,and spleen were collected to calculate organ indices,and tissue slices were made for light microscopy examination.Seven blood samples were collected from each group at 75 days,and the serum antibodies of the three pathogens were determined by ELISA.The results showed that the survival rate of the experimental group was 5%higher than that of the control group,the feed efficiency was 11.49%higher than that of the control group,the average weight of the experimental group at 54 days was 3.11 kg higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the average daily gain at the end of the period was 66.26 g higher than that of the control group,and the input-output ratio of the weight gain part to the input was 1:10.55.The indexes of liver,thymus and spleen in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).At 75 days,the positive rate of serum antibodies in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group.Compared with the control group,the structure of hepatic lobule in the experimental group was dense,the shape of hepatic plate-hepatic cord was clear,the nucleus of liver cell was clear,the structure of thymus was compact,dense and fully developed,the medulla area was large,the cortex was thick and the lymphocytes were dense.The struc
