元宝枫叶富硒发酵饲料对剑门土鸡生长性能与肉品质及肠道菌群的影响

摘　　要：为探究元宝枫叶富硒发酵饲料对剑门土鸡生长性能、肉品质及肠道菌群的影响,选取30日龄的剑门土鸡,随机分成2组。对照组饲喂正常饲料,试验组在正常饲料基础上添加元宝枫叶富硒发酵饲料,饲喂周期为30 d。结果表明,相比于对照组,试验组鸡全期的料重比降低,腿肌脂肪含量显著增加(P<0.05),而滴水损失显著减少(P<0.05)。此外,添加元宝枫叶富硒发酵饲料显著增加了肠道菌群的多样性(P<0.05),并改善其肠道菌群的结构。研究结果表明,元宝枫叶富硒发酵饲料可以提高剑门土鸡生长性能和肉品质,改善肠道菌群。In order to investigate the effects of Acer truncatum leaf(ATL)selenium-enriched fermented feed on the growth performance,meat quality and intestinal flora of Jianmen native chickens,30-day-old Jianmen native chickens were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was fed with normal feed,and the experimental group was fed with ATL selenium-enriched fermented feed on top of normal feed for 30 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,the feed-to-weight ratio of the chickens in the test group was reduced for the whole period,and the fat content of leg muscle was significantly increased(P<0.05),while the drip loss was significantly reduced(P<0.05).In addition,the addition of selenium-enriched fermented feed from ATL significantly(P<0.05)increased the diversity of intestinal flora and improved the structure of their intestinal flora.The results indicated that selenium-enriched fermented feed from ATL could improve the growth performance and meat quality of Jianmen native chickens and improve the intestinal flora.
