温州市部分宠物犬猫隐孢子虫和毕氏肠微孢子虫分子鉴定与分析

摘　　要：为了解温州市宠物犬猫隐孢子虫和毕氏肠微孢子虫的感染情况,分别采集温州市宠物犬和猫粪便样本100份和64份,提取DNA后,基于隐孢子虫SSU rRNA基因和毕氏肠微孢子虫ITS基因,采用PCR法进行检测。结果发现,隐孢子虫总阳性率为4.90%(8/164),宠物犬和猫隐孢子虫的阳性率分别为4.00%(4/100)和6.25%(4/64)。毕氏肠微孢子虫总阳性率为15.85%(26/164),宠物犬和猫毕氏肠微孢子虫的阳性率分别为23.00%(23/100)和4.69%(3/64)。经序列比对分析,鉴定出2种隐孢子虫,分别为犬隐孢子虫(n=4)、猫隐孢子虫(n=4);鉴定出3种毕氏肠微孢子虫基因型,分别为PtEbⅨ(n=22)、CHG1(n=2)和BEB6(n=1)。研究结果表明,温州市宠物犬猫感染隐孢子虫和毕氏肠微孢子虫较常见,应进一步加强检测和溯源工作。To investigate the infection and genotype distribution of Cryptosporidium and Enterocytozoon bieneusi in pet dogs and cats in Wenzhou city,a total of 100 fresh fecal samples from pet dogs and 64 fresh fecal samples from pet cats were collected.After DNA extraction,DNA samples were detected using PCR based on the Cryptosporidium SSU rRNA gene and E.bieneusi ITS gene.The results showed a 4.90%(8/164)positive rate of Cryptosporidium.The prevalences of Cryptosporidium in dogs and cats were 4.00%(4/100)and 6.25%(4/64),respectively.Meanwhile,the prevalence of E.bieneusi was 15.85%(26/164).Dogs had a higher prevalence of E.bieneusi(23.00%,23/100)compared to cats(4.69%,3/64).Two species of Cryptosporidium were identified,including C.canis(n=4)and C.felis(n=4).Three known genotypes of E.bieneusi were identified as PtEbⅨ(n=23),CHG1(n=2)and BEB6(n=1).The study presents fundamental data on the prevalences of Cryptosporidium and E.bieneusi in dogs and cats in China.
