摘  要:免疫系统是机体维持正常生理功能的重要系统,多种免疫细胞表面的程序性死亡受体-1(programmed cell death protein 1,PD-1)及其配体程序性死亡配体-1(programmed cell death-ligand 1,PD-L1)是重要的共抑制分子,在病理状态下能够传递免疫抑制信号,导致T细胞失能,从而引发免疫系统的功能障碍。研究表明,PD-1/PD-L1通路通过调控相关细胞因子及多种下游信号等方式,在多种疾病发生发展过程中发挥重要作用。论文对PD-1/PD-L1的结构、表达调控、作用机制及其在微生物、寄生虫等病原感染中作用的研究进展进行总结分析,以期为深入研究和揭示PD-1/PD-L1在疾病发生,特别是在病原微生物感染中的作用及相关疾病的防治提供基础资料。The immune system is an important system for the body to maintain normal physiological functions,and the programmed cell death protein 1(PD-1)and its ligand programmed cell death-ligand 1(PD-L1)on the surface of various immune cells are important co-inhibitory molecules.Under pathological conditions,they can transmit immunosuppressive signals,leading to the dysfunction of T cell and immune system.Research shows that the PD-1/PD-L1 pathway plays an important role in the development of various diseases by regulating related cytokines and various downstream signals.This article summarizes and analyzes the structure,expression regulation,mechanism of action of PD-1/PD-L1,and its role in microbial and parasitic infections,aiming to provide basic information for further research and revealing the role of PD-1/PD-L1 in the occurrence of diseases,especially in the infections of pathogenic microorganisms.
