摘 要:化学发光免疫分析法(CLIA)作为一种分析技术,以其高灵敏度和操作简便等诸多优点,在生命科学和临床诊断等领域中有着巨大的应用潜力,并在动物疾病诊断中扮演了举足轻重的角色。论文系统性地回顾了CLIA的基本原理和技术特点,以及该技术的技术演进过程;围绕CLIA在动物健康养殖中的实际应用情况、存在的问题以及未来的发展趋势进行了深入探讨,以期为该技术在畜禽养殖生产检测领域的研究和应用提供参考。As an analytical technique,chemiluminescence immunoassay(CLIA)has great potential for application in life sciences and clinical diagnosis due to its high sensitivity and easy operation,and plays a crucial role in the diagnosis of animal diseases.This paper systematically reviews the basic principles of CLIA,and the characteristics of common detection marker techniques,as well as the technological evolution process of its advantages compared to traditional immunoassay techniques.It also provides an in-depth discussion on the practical application of CLIA in the field of animal disease diagnosis,the problems and the future development trend of CLIA,and provide reference for the research and application of this technology in the detection field of animal husbandry.
