摘 要:“双碳”目标下,大力推进光伏建设已成为油田企业主要的降碳手段。无序扩张光伏建设将导致油田可接入容量饱和,造成大量弃电浪费,光伏配套储能成为提高光伏利用率、提升经济效益的有效方法。但如何建设光伏和储能容量最优成为亟需解决的问题。结合油田用能场景,对“光伏+储能”容量优化方法进行研究。根据储能运行约束条件,建立运行模型,分析储能盈利边界条件;建立“光伏+储能”容量优化模型,针对油田场景进行仿真计算,得出以平均用能成本最低、财务内部收益率最高的“光伏+储能”建设容量建议,为油田光伏发电最优建设路径提供参考。Under the"dual carbon"target,vigorously promoting photovoltaic construction has become the main carbon reduction method for oilfield enterprises.The disorderly expansion of photovoltaic construction will lead to saturation of accessible capacity in oil fields,resulting in a large amount of wasted electricity.Providing photovoltaic energy storage has become an effective method to improve the utilization rate of photovoltaic power and enhance economic benefits.How to find the optimal ratio of photovoltaic power and energy storage is an urgent problem that needs to be solved.This article combines the energy consumption scenarios of oil fields to study the optimization methods of photovoltaic power and energy storage capacity.An operating model was established based on the constraints of energy storage operation,and the profit boundary conditions of energy storage were analyzed.A photovoltaic power and energy storage capacity optimization model has been established,and simulation calculations have been carried out for oilfield scenarios.The recommended photovoltaic power and energy storage construction capacity with the lowest average energy cost and the highest financial internal rate of return has been obtained,providing a reference for the optimal construction path of photovoltaic power generation in oilfields.
