摘 要:为探究圆钢管高强再生混凝土叠合柱轴心受压性能,本文以粗骨料取代率、配箍率、含钢率和长细比为变量,对5根圆钢管高强混凝土叠合柱进行单调加载试验,系统研究了各设计参数对叠合柱轴压性能的影响规律。试验结果表明:再生混凝土叠合柱与普通混凝土叠合柱的破坏特征相近,但其承载力和耗能高于普通混凝土柱,延性较差,破坏时外围混凝土剥落更严重。配箍率的增加对承载力与耗能提升有限,却能显著改善延性;含钢率提高可大幅增强承载力、延性与耗能;长细比增大使叠合柱的破坏加剧,综合受压性能明显下降。利用T/CECS188-2019等国内外钢管混凝土叠合柱设计规程对17根叠合柱轴压承载力计算,结果显示该规程计算精度良好,计算值与试验值契合度高,可为钢管混凝土叠合柱结构设计与工程应用提供参考。Five high-strength concrete-filled circular steel tube reinforced concrete(CFCSTRC)columns,with variable parameters of coarse aggregate type,hoop ratio,steel content,and slenderness ratio,were tested under monotonic loading to investigate the axial compressive properties of high-strength recycled CFCSTRC columns,and the influence of the design parameters on the axial compression performance of the composite column is systematically studied.The results show that the damage process and failure characteristics of high-strength ordinary CFCSTRC columns are similar to those of high-strength recycled CFCSTRC columns.Recycled CFCSTRC columns exhibit higher bearing capacity and energy consumption than ordinary CFCSTRC columns but have poorer ductility,with the external concrete severely peeling when damaged.Increasing the hoop ratio slightly affects the energy consumption and bearing capacity but evidently improves ductility.The bearing capacity,ductility,and energy consumption improve with an increase in steel content.The damage degree of the high-strength recycled CFCSTRC column is aggravated by the increase in slenderness ratio,thereby reducing the comprehensive compressive performance.The axial compressive capacity of 17 composite columns was calculated using design codes of composite columns,such as code T/CECS 188-2019,at home and abroad.The result demonstrates that the calculation accuracy is higher,and the calculated value is consistent with the actual value,it can provide reference for the structure design and engineering application of concrete-filled steel tube composite column.
