长江生态文明视阈下历史建筑空间可持续发展研究——以武汉汉口里份为例

摘　　要：在环境污染、资源枯竭的世界性问题背景下,研究如何保护、延续、利用和发展长江流域历史建筑和街区,既可为完善历史文化名城体系、构建历史文化街区和建筑保护传承体系提供理论基础,也有助于从可持续角度共谋推动长江生态文明发展。从可持续发展三支柱概念的理论视角,对汉口历史里份空间进行案例研究,反思建筑生命周期内提供宜居的室内环境的“环境可持续性”、考虑民众经济能力的“经济可持续性”,以及满足社会需求的“社会可持续性”,并从历史建筑的生态转换、原居民参与构建社区共谋发展、社会营销与政策支持3条路径提出历史建筑可持续发展的优化策略,为历史文化街区和历史建筑的社会可持续性潜力提供案例支持,为坚持生态优先,实现在发展中保护、在保护中发展,弥合传统与现代需求之间的差距提供中国方案。In the Yangtze River Basin,which is the main battleground for building an ecological civilisation,the region’s ribbon architecture,as a kind of local characteristic architecture made of local materials,not only adapts to the local geography,topography,climate,building materials and technology,but also reflects the culture and tradition of the people of the mother river basin,and gathers the wisdom of the local people in embracing nature and making use of nature.Under the background of the global problems of environmental pollution and resource depletion,the research on how to protect,continue,use and develop the historic buildings and districts in the Yangtze River Basin not only provides a theoretical basis for perfecting the system of historic and cultural cities and building a system of protection and inheritance of historic and cultural districts and buildings,but also helps to promote the development of the ecological civilization of the Yangtze River from the perspective of sustainability.Through the theoretical perspective of the three-pillar concept of sustainable development,this paper conducts a case study on the historic districts in Hankou,a major city on the Yangtze River,to reflect on the"environmental sustainability"of providing a livable indoor environment during the life cycle of a building,the"economic sustainability"of considering people’s economic capacity,and the"economic sustainability"of meeting social needs.The case study reflects on the"environmental sustainability"of providing a livable indoor environment,the"economic sustainability"of considering the economic capacity of the people,and the"social sustainability"of meeting social needs during the life cycle of the building,and develops optimisation strategies for the sustainable development of historic buildings through three paths:ecological conversion of historic buildings,participation of original residents in building community development,and social marketing and policy support.It provides case studies to support the potential o
