摘　　要：数字经济既是驱动城市发展的崭新动力,也是现代城市繁荣的重要标识。在1989至2019年的日本平成时期,日本围绕数字经济与城市协调发展,提出了“数字田园都市国家”发展战略。在推进这一发展战略过程中,日本经历了从数字经济与城市协调发展的初步探索阶段到中度协调发展阶段,再到高级协调发展阶段的发展过程。伴随“数字田园都市国家”发展战略的深度推进,自2000年以来,日本的数字经济发展不仅超越了城市发展指数,而且成为了推动社会整体进步的主导性驱动力,助推日本社会向“数字田园都市国家”的深刻转型与全面升级。这样一种发展趋势,又使数字经济与城市发展更加紧密,两者之间形成了相互促进、协调互动的良性循环机制,在日本现代社会发展中发挥着越来越重要的作用。Digital economy is not only a new driving force for urban development but also an important symbol of modern urban prosperity.During Japan's Heisei period from 1989 to 2019,Japan put forward the development strategy of"Digital Garden City Country"centering on the coordinated development of digital economy and cities.In the process of promoting this development strategy,Japan has gone through the development process from the preliminary exploration stage of coordinated development between digital economy and cities to the moderately coordinated development stage and then to the advanced coordinated development stage.With the in-depth promotion of the development strategy of"Digital Garden City Country",since 2000,the development of digital economy in Japan has not only surpassed the urban development index but also become the leading driving force for promoting the overall progress of society,boosting the profound transformation and comprehensive upgrading of Japanese society towards a"Digital Garden City Country".Such a development trend has further strengthened the close relationship between digital economy and urban development,forming a virtuous cycle mechanism of mutual promotion and coordinated interaction between the two,which plays an increasingly important role in the development of modern Japanese society.
