摘　　要：自俄乌冲突爆发以来,日本积极追随西方盟友,对俄罗斯实施了金融、贸易、个人及团体等多个领域的严厉制裁。日本旨在以此实现其“正常国家化”的战略目标、解决领土争端、巩固与美国的同盟关系。俄罗斯也对日本在经济、政治和文化领域采取了反制措施,这进一步加剧了日俄关系的紧张。尽管文化交流在一定程度上维系着两国关系,但仍然难以扭转双方政治关系持续恶化的总体趋势。日本对俄实施的制裁政策,不仅对日俄双方都造成了严重冲击,也进一步加剧了东亚地区的紧张态势。在可预见的未来,除非俄罗斯或者日本有一方能够在涉及国家利益问题上作出重大实质性让步,否则两国关系恐难以改善,甚至有进一步恶化的风险。Since the outbreak of the conflict between Russia and Ukraine,Japan has regarded Russia as its main strategic opponent,actively followed its western allies,and imposed severe sanctions on Russia in various fields such as finance,trade,individuals and groups.Japan aims to achieve its strategic goal of"normal nationalization",resolve territorial disputes and consolidate its alliance with the United States.Russia has also taken countermeasures against Japan in the economic,political and cultural fields,further aggravating the tension between Japan and Russia.Although cultural exchange maintains the relationship between the two countries to a certain extent,it is still difficult to reverse the overall trend of the continuous deterioration of political relations between the two sides.Japan's sanctions policy against Russia not only caused a serious impact on both Japan and Russia,but also further aggravated the tension in East Asia.In the foreseeable future,unless one side of Russia or Japan can make major substantive concessions on the issue of national interests,the relationship between the two countries will be difficult to improve,and there is even the risk of further deterioration.
