摘　　要：公共法律图书馆是社会法治体系中的关键环节,对国家法治建设发挥着重要作用。域外部分国家的实践经验表明,在数字化时代,公共法律图书馆在提升法律信息获取效率方面发挥了积极作用。为不断增强法律信息服务能力,公共法律图书馆正逐步向“以学习为中心”的发展方向迈进。这不仅有助于提高法律信息获取的便捷性,还能够为读者提供灵活的学习和社交空间,进一步满足多样化的社会需求。The public legal library is a key link in the social legal system and plays an important role in the construction of the country's rule of law.The practical experience of some countries outside the region shows that in the digital age,public legal libraries have played a positive role in improving the efficiency of obtaining legal information.In order to continuously enhance its legal information service capabilities,public legal libraries are gradually moving towards a development direction centered on learning.This not only helps to improve the convenience of obtaining legal information,but also provides readers with flexible learning and social spaces,further meeting diverse social needs.
