摘  要:服务创新是图书馆发展的动力,读者资源理论可以打破传统图书馆读者观和资源观诸多局限,促进图书馆服务创新。佛山市图书馆的邻里图书馆和易本书项目均是开发利用读者资源的经典案例。文章以读者资源为视角,引入服务创新四维度模型,从服务概念、服务界面、服务传递系统、技术应用四个方面,对这两个项目的服务创新经验进行分析。在此基础上,对图书馆开展服务创新提出建议:重视社会资源利用,牢固树立平台思维,更新内部组织架构,加大科技融合力度。Service innovation is the driving force for the development of libraries.The reader resource theory can break through many limitations of traditional library reader and resource perspectives,in order to promote innovation in library services.The two IFLA marketing award winning projects of Foshan Library,“Neighborhood Library”and“Yiben Book”,are classic cases of developing and utilizing reader resources.From the perspective of reader resources,this paper introduces a four dimensional model of service innovation,mainly analyzing the service innovation experience of the two projects from four aspects:service concept innovation,service interface innovation,service delivery system innovation,and technology application.On this basis,suggestions are proposed for library service innovation:emphasizing the utilization of social resources,firmly establishing platform thinking,updating internal organizational structure,and increasing the integration of technology.
