摘  要:采用网络调研和案例分析法,论文探讨了国际儿童读物联盟(IBBY)危机儿童基金对战争、内乱或自然灾害中受创伤儿童的支持项目。该基金通过提供书籍、建立图书馆、讲故事、阅读指导,以及对当地志愿者、教师和图书馆员进行专业培训,使他们能够胜任阅读疗法师的角色,并通过举办阅读疗法和阅读文化研讨会,对推动儿童阅读治疗和推广产生了深远影响。IBBY的阅读治疗框架对中国儿童阅读疗法的普及和发展有着重要的启示作用。Using online research and case study methods,this paper explores the support projects for traumatized children affected by war,civil unrest,or natural disasters,funded by the International Board on Books for Young People(IBBY)Children in Crisis Fund.The analysis indicates that the fund has had a profound impact on promoting children’s reading therapy and promotion by providing books,establishing libraries,storytelling,reading guidance,and professionally training local volunteers,teachers,and librarians to serve as reading therapists,as well as holding seminars on reading therapy and reading culture.The reading therapy framework of IBBY provides significant insights for the popularization and development of children’s reading therapy in China.
