延安时期党局部执政的实践探索及其启示

摘　　要：延安时期是中国共产党发展史上至关重要的时期,也是党实施局部执政并取得显著成效的重要时期。这一时期,中国共产党重视学风建设和理论创新,坚持科学执政;坚守群众路线,确立人民利益至上的执政观;建立“三三制”政权组织形式,实行民主执政;坚持从严治党,树立清正廉洁的执政形象。党在延安时期局部执政的成功实践,对于我们今天提高党的执政成效,稳固党的执政根基具有重要启示意义。The Yan’an period is a crucial period in the developmental history of the Communist Party of China(CPC),as well as an important period when the CPC implemented local governance and achieved remarkable governance results.During this period,the CPC adhered to scientific governance,attaching great importance to the construction of the study style and theoretical innovation;upheld the mass line,establishing a governance concept that prioritized the interests of the people;practiced democratic governance,introducing the“three-thirds system”of political power organization;insisted on strict party discipline,setting up an upright and incorruptible governance image.The successful practice of the CPC’s localized governance during the Yan’an Period provides vital enlightenment for us today to improve the Party’s governance effectiveness and consolidate its governing foundation.
