摘　　要：在全面推进乡村振兴战略的背景下,文化旅游赋能乡村振兴是题中之义和必然选择。河南省文化旅游赋能乡村振兴的机制设计理应以党中央实施乡村振兴战略“产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效、生活富裕的总要求”为基础,通过强化主体赋能机制、优化客体赋能机制、亮化方式赋能机制、美化环境赋能机制,四维协同构筑起新时代乡村振兴的新图景和文化事业发展的新辉煌,全面推进河南文化强省建设和乡村振兴进程。Under the background of comprehensively promoting the rural revitalization strategy,the empowerment of cultural tourism in rural revitalization is the essential meaning and inevitable choice of the topic.The mechanism design of rural revitalization for cultural tourism in Henan Province should be based on the general requirements of“prosperous industry,livable ecology,civilized village style,effective governance,and prosperous life”in the rural revitalization strategy implemented by the Party Central Committee.The four dimensions of“strengthening”the main body empowerment mechanism,“optimizing”the object empowerment mechanism,“brightening”the way empowerment mechanism,and“beautifying”the environment empowerment mechanism shall be coordinated to build a new picture of rural revitalization in the new era and a new brilliance in the development of cultural undertakings,and comprehensively promote the construction of Henan to be a culturally strong province and the process of rural revitalization.
