庭审话语中欺骗性言语行为的心理顺应研究——以Johnny Depp诉Amber Heard诽谤案为例

摘　　要：欺骗性言语行为的研究是国内外语言学研究的热点之一,对欺骗识别和判断具有十分重要的现实意义。总结庭审话语中欺骗性言语行为两种层面上的五个表现形式,从语言顺应论中心理顺应的角度出发,将Johnny Depp诉Amber Heard诽谤案庭审中的欺骗性言语行为从听者指向类欺骗性言语行为对听者心理世界的顺应、说者指向类欺骗性言语行为对说者心理世界的顺应两个方面进行研究,分析说话人在语言选择过程中的认知心理变化和心理因素对欺骗性言语行为产生的影响。通过深入分析欺骗者的心理活动和言语策略,更好地判断和识别庭审话语中的欺骗性言语行为。The study of deceptive speech act is one of the hot topics in linguistic research both at home and abroad,which is of great practical significance for the recognition and judgement of deception.This study summarizes five manifestations of deceptive speech act in courtroom discourse at two levels.Starting from the perspective of psychological adaptation in language adaptation theory,the deceptive speech acts in the Johnny Depp vs.Amber Heard defamation case were studied from two aspects:the listener’s adaptation to the psychological world of the listener,and the speaker’s adaptation to the psychological needs,motivations,and intentions of the speaker.The study analyzed the cognitive psychological changes and psychological factors of the speaker in the language selection process that affect deceptive speech acts.Through further exploring the psychological activities and verbal strategies of the deceiver,this study helps better judge and detect the deceptive speech acts in courtroom trials.
