摘　　要：掌握大学生思想动态对于高等教育管理至关重要,其任务复杂性要求高校采用多样化的策略与手段。在智能科技的视角下,借助大数据、云服务以及物联网等技术手段,高校可实现对大学生思想动态的实时监测与预警。但该过程同样凸显了高校加强人才培育、提升教师及管理人员专业素养和技术能力的必要性和紧迫性。为实现这一目标,高校亟需深化技术整合与人才培养,重视数据伦理和隐私保护,推动平台建设与资源整合,并建立有效的动态监测与干预机制。然而,人工智能应用也面临数据安全、隐私保护、技术适应性和稳定性等严峻挑战。因此,加强相关领域的研究,完善技术和机制,以应对这些挑战,对于促进高校教育管理的高质量发展至关重要。Understanding the ideological trends of college students is crucial for higher education management,and the complexity of this task necessitates the adoption of diverse strategies and methods by universities.From the perspective of intelligent technology,leveraging massive data,cloud services,and internet of things(IoT)technologies,universities can achieve real-time monitoring and early warning of students'ideological trends.However,this process also highlights the necessity and urgency for universities to strengthen talent cultivation,enhance the professional qualities and technical capabilities of teachers and administrators.To achieve this goal,universities urgently need to deepen technological integration and talent development,emphasize data ethics and privacy protection,promote platform construction and resource integration,and establish effective dynamic monitoring and intervention mechanisms.Nevertheless,the application of artificial intelligence also faces significant challenges such as data security,privacy protection,technical adaptability,and stability.Therefore,strengthening research in related fields,improving technologies and mechanisms to address these challenges is essential for promoting the high-quality development of university education management.
