摘　　要：以邵武水北运动休闲特色小镇为例,探讨了在“体育+”视角下运动休闲特色小镇的规划策略。首先,梳理了特色小镇规划的理论基础,涵盖城镇发展理论、产业空间理论和产业聚集理论。其次,运用SWOT分析法系统分析了水北镇的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战。在此基础上,提出了具体的规划策略,主要包括发挥地域资源优势、挖掘文化内涵、设计多层次运动休闲空间等方面。最后,总结了体育产业作为运动休闲特色小镇的核心竞争力,探讨了如何通过“体育+”模式与其他产业深度融合,实现产业资源的整合和空间效应的优化,以推动小镇的可持续发展和经济转型。This paper takes the Shuibei Sports and Leisure Town in Shaowu City,Fujian Province as the research subject,to explore the planning strategies for sports and leisure characteristic towns from the perspective of“Sports+”.First,the theoretical foundations for characteristic town planning are outlined,encompassing urban development theory,industrial spatial theory,and industrial cluster theory.Second,a SWOT analysis is conducted to systematically evaluate the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and threats faced by Shuibei Town.Based on this analysis,specific planning strategies are proposed,including leveraging local resource advantages,enriching cultural content,and designing multi-layered sports and leisure spaces.Finally,the paper concludes by highlighting the core competitiveness of the sports industry in sports and leisure towns,discussing how the“Sports+”model can drive the integration of other industries,optimize resource allocation and spatial effects,and ultimately promote sustainable development and economic transformation for the town.
