摘 要:吸排气阀片是压缩机的关键部件,其动力学特性对压缩机的效率和使用寿命起着决定性作用。以往针对吸排气阀片的动力学分析多基于CAE或单一数值方法,难以真实反映其在制冷剂、润滑油、高温高压复杂环境下的实际情况。文章借助传感器技术,对一个周期内吸排气阀片的动力特性、活塞运动以及气缸内压力进行监测,绘制不同工况下阀片与活塞的运动曲线,精准呈现阀片的开启、关闭状态以及制冷剂回流现象。通过优化阀片结构,实现其快速开启与及时关闭,有效避免制冷剂回流,为提升压缩机性能及增强阀片可靠性提供了切实可行的实验方法。As a crucial component of the compressor,suction and discharge valve plays a decisive role in determining the efficiency and service life of the compressor through its dynamic characteristics.Previous dynamic analyses of the suction and discharge valve were mostly based on CAE or single numerical methods,which failed to accurately reflect its actual situation in the complex environment of refrigerants,lubricating oil,high temperature,and high pressure.This study utilizes sensor technology to monitor the dynamic characteristics of the suction and discharge valve within one cycle,as well as the movement of the piston and the pressure inside the cylinder.The motion curves of the valve and piston under different working conditions are plotted to accurately present the opening and closing states of the valve and the refrigerant reflux phenomenon.By optimizing the valve structure,rapid opening and timely closing can be achieved,effectively avoiding refrigerant reflux,and providing a practical experimental method for compressor performance enhanment and valve durability validation.
