摘  要:通过双喷头高压细水雾抑灭油池火实验平台,改变细水雾的喷头布置间距,分析了细水雾雾滴粒径、雾通量以及水雾与火焰相互作用后火焰温度和热辐射的变化情况,研究了喷头间距对抑灭油池火的影响。结果表明:在灭火过程中,双喷头细水雾灭火的主导机理为对火焰的冷却作用。双喷头细水雾雾滴相互碰撞形成二次破碎,雾滴粒径变小;喷头间距越小,干涉区雾滴碰撞破碎程度越高,雾滴粒径越小,雾通量越大。喷头间距越小灭火效果越好,实际应用中喷头的布置间距应大于喷头的保护半径,小于两倍的保护半径。Through an experimental platform utilizing double nozzle high-pressure water mist to suppress oil pool fires,the nozzle arrangement spacing was varied.Changes in water mist droplet size,mist flux,flame temperature and thermal radiation after water mist-flame interaction were analyzed.The study investigated the influence of nozzle spacing on fire suppression.Results indicate that the dominant mechanism of dual-nozzle water mist in fire extinguishing is the cooling effect on the flame.Droplets from dual nozzles collide,leading to secondary breakup,thereby reducing droplet size..Smaller nozzle spacing enhances droplet collision and fragmentation degree of the droplets in the interference zone,resulting in smaller droplet size and higher mist flux.Reduced nozzle spacing improves fire suppression effectiveness.In practical applications,the nozzle arrangement spacing should exceed the nozzle’s protection radius,but remain less than twice this radius.
