体育场大跨异形钢结构施工关键技术研究

摘　　要：雄安体育中心体育场屋顶采用张弦铝合金网壳结构,其网壳骨架由钢结构环梁和拱梁组成,施工过程中钢结构安装精度的控制及结构的稳定性,对后期铝结构安装及索结构张拉有着至关重要的影响。本研究介绍了屋盖钢结构的整体概况,分析了大跨空间钢结构施工过程中的重点和难点,在对钢结构深化设计的基础上,优化支撑胎架的整体布置体系,满足后期索结构整体提升的需求,同时通过阻尼球铰支座的安装定位消纳前期施工误差,通过调整钢结构分段和吊装工艺并采用钢托座后焊接的形式,进一步确保整体安装精度。该施工技术解决了大跨度钢结构高精度安装难题,满足施工质量及安全要求,可为类似工程的施工提供参考。The roof of the Xiong'an Sports Center Stadium adopts a tensioned aluminum alloy reticulated shell structure,and its retic shell skeleton is composed of steel structure ring beams and arch beams.During the construction process,the control of the installation accuracy of the steel structure and the stability of the have a crucial impact on the later installation of the aluminum structure and the tensioning of the cable structure.This study introduces the overall overview of the steel structure of the,analyzes the key points and difficulties in the construction process of the largespan spatial steel structure,and optimizes the overall layout system of the support formwork on the of the deepening design of the steel structure,which meets the needs of the overall lifting of the later cable structure.At the same time,the construction error in early stage is eliminated by the installation and positioning of the damping ball hinge support,and the overall installation accuracy is further ensured by adjusting the steel structure segmentation and lifting process adopting the form of steel support seat and then welding.This construction technology solves the problem of high-precision installation of large-span steel structures,meets the requirements of quality and safety,and can provide reference for the construction of similar projects.
