摘  要:工业建筑设计通常采用轻型格构梁结构,传统的盘扣式钢管支撑脚手架采用“梁板分支”和“梁板共支”施工方法为主,难以充分发挥盘扣立杆的承载能力。本研究研发一种应用于轻型楼盖模板支撑系统(简称“平台法”),将其与重型盘扣架配套使用,避免立杆受轻型格构梁间距限制,增大立杆间距,并可以保证荷载的有效传递,更大限度地发挥立杆的承载能力。通过有限元软件分别对“平台法”和“梁板共支”的支模方式进行定量分析,突出“平台法”的直接功能价值。Industrial building design often adopts lightweight grid beam structure,and the traditional disk buckle steel pipe support scaffold mainly uses the construction methods of"beam and branch"and"beam and slab common support",which makes it difficult to give full play to the bearing capacity of the disk buckle column.This study develops a lightweight slab formwork support system(hereinafter referred to as the"platform method"),which is used with the heavy-duty disk buckle frame to avoid the column spacing being by the lightweight grid beam spacing,increase the column spacing,and can ensure the effective transfer of load,and give full play to the bearing capacity of the column.support mode of"platform method"and"beam and slab common support"is quantitatively analyzed by finite element software,and the direct functional value of"platform"is highlighted.
