核电站大型钢穹顶运输技术

摘　　要：某核电大型钢穹顶运输设计专用桁架式运输工装,运输工装与钢穹顶非焊接连接,支撑于钢穹顶下部。钢穹顶采用多组运输车辆同步运输,科学布置运输车辆位置,使运输工装与运输车辆有效连接。运输前后对运输车辆、钢穹顶进行有效监测,保证钢穹顶运输的质量、安全,可为同类工程施工提供参考。The special truss-type transportation fixture for the transportation of large steel domes in nuclear power plants is designed to be non-welded connected to steel dome and supported at the lower part of the steel dome.The steel dome is transported by multiple sets of transport vehicles synchronously,and the position of the transport is scientifically arranged to effectively connect the transportation fixture with the transport vehicles.Effective monitoring of the transport vehicles and the steel dome before and after transportation ensures the quality and safety the steel dome transportation,which can provide a reference for similar engineering construction.
