摘 要:为提高深基坑盖挖逆作施工过程的质量、安全过程管控,通过BIM模型搭建、前期策划、方案模拟、可视化交底、智慧监测、平台预警、形变分析等应用,有效降低了项目施工过程中因工程量大、环境复杂、风险性高带来的施工困难影响。优化了施工工序,并结合监测预警平台、模拟分析等结果对项目施工质量、安全过程作出了指导。In order to improve the quality and safety process control of the deep foundation pit cover excavation reverse construction process,through the application of BIM model construction preconstruction planning,scheme simulation,visual disclosure,intelligent monitoring,platform early warning,deformation analysis,etc.,the construction difficulties caused by the large amount of work complex environment and high risk in the project construction process have been effectively reduced.The construction process has been optimized,and the construction quality and safety process of the project been guided in combination with the monitoring and early warning platform and simulation analysis results.
