深基坑工程中砂层锚索渗漏防治关键技术研究

摘　　要：桩锚支护结构具有良好的经济性,对基坑土方开挖的影响较小,在基坑工程中应用广泛。锚索施工时需要穿透基坑的止水帷幕,因此锚索孔的渗漏成为其在富水地层中应用的关键制约。采取在止水帷幕段钢绞线处缠绕填充物减少浆液漏失、预埋双液注浆管、锚索注浆完成后立即注入水泥和水玻璃混合浆液快速封堵的综合处理方法,有效解决了在富水地层中锚索施工的渗漏问题。该技术具有配套设备简单、施工便捷、渗漏处理效果成功率高等特点,有效提高了锚索施工效率及施工质量,经济效益良好。The pile anchor support structure has good economy and less impact on the excavation of the foundation pit,and is widely used in foundation pit engineering.During the construction of the anchor cable,it is necessary to penetrate the water stop curtain of the foundation pit,so the seepage of the anchor cable hole becomes the key constraint for its application in the water-rich stratum.The comprehensive treatment method of winding filler on the steel strand at the water stop curtain section to reduce the loss of grout,embedding double-liquid grouting pipe,and immediately injecting cement and water glass mixed grout after the anchor cable grouting is completed to quickly block the seepage is adopted,which effectively solves the seepage problem of anchor cable construction in water-rich stratum.The technology has the characteristics of simple supporting equipment,convenient construction,high success rate of seepage treatment,etc.,which effectively improves the construction efficiency and construction quality of anchor cable,and has good economic benefits.
