摘 要:为了全面有效地评估废弃污染物填埋场渗滤液渗漏风险,通过对废弃污染物填埋场地质特点和生态环境统计调研,得到了废弃污染物填埋场渗滤液渗漏风险的影响因素,构建了全面的废弃污染物填埋场渗滤液渗漏风险评价体系,以提供渗滤液渗漏场地污染风险管控的理论指导和决策支持。结合层次分析法(AHP法)和模糊综合理论,确定了废弃污染物填埋场渗滤液渗漏风险评价指标权重,并建立了废弃污染物填埋场渗滤液渗漏风险模糊综合评价模型。本研究以斯里兰卡科伦坡港东码头废弃污染物填埋场为依托,对评价模型进行了应用与验证。结果表明:模糊矩阵B计算最大值为0.297,渗漏风险等级为第四级“较轻”状况,与实际评估结果一致,证明该模型评价结果合理、有效,为更好地评判废弃污染物填埋场渗滤液渗漏风险提供了新的思路。In order to comprehensively and effectively evaluate the risk of leachate leakage in abandoned pollutant landfills,the geological characteristics and ecological environment of abandoned pollutant landfills were statistically investigated to obtain the influencing factors of leachate leakage risk.A comprehensive leachate leakage risk assessment system for abandoned pollutant landfills was constructed to provide theoretical guidance and decision support for pollution risk control in leachate leakage sites.By combining the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and Fuzzy Comprehensive Theory,the weights of risk assessment indicators for leachate leakage in waste pollutant landfill sites were determined,and a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for leachate leakage risk in waste pollutant landfill sites was established.This study applied and validated the evaluation model based on the abandoned pollutant landfill site at Colombo Port East Terminal in Sri Lanka.The results show that the maximum value calculated by the fuzzy matrix B is 0.297,and the leakage risk level is the fourth level"relatively light"condition,which is consistent with the actual evaluation results.This proves that the evaluation results of the model are reasonable and effective,providing a new idea for better evaluating the leakage risk of leachate from abandoned pollutant landfills.
