摘  要:在集大原铁路工程中,跨线提梁机准备进场时,拟定设备在其他工点还未完工,不能及时进场,发现要进场的跨线提梁机跨度36 m,而跨线提梁机的桩基础和承台均已按拟定设备38 m跨度施工完毕、市场上已没有闲置跨度38 m的提梁机后,在工期紧张、保证不破坏原有提梁机受力均匀的前提下,采用增加或减少主梁跨度实现跨线提梁机的正常使用,不再另做桩基础和承台,拼装前对提梁机进行局部改造,达到现场安全可控的目标。In the Jida Yuan Railway Project,when the cross line lifting machine was preparing to enter the site,the proposed equipment was not yet completed at other work sites and could not be entered in time.It was found that the cross line lifting machine to be entered had a span of 36 meters,and the pile foundation and bearing platform of the cross line lifting machine had already been constructed according to the proposed equipment's 38 meter span.There were no idle 38 meter span lifting machines on the market.Under the premise of tight construction period and ensuring that the original lifting machine was not subjected to uniform stress,the normal use of the cross line lifting machine was achieved by increasing or decreasing the main beam span,without making additional pile foundations and bearing platforms.Before assembly,the lifting machine was locally modified to achieve the goal of safety and controllability on site.
