摘 要:为明确绿农林^(R)41号复合微生物菌肥对田间番茄生长和青枯病防治影响,在两地番茄生长过程中施用复合微生物菌肥,测定根系土壤养分含量、植株生物学性状及青枯病发病率。结果显示,与对照相比,施用复合微生物菌肥处理后土壤有机质增长11.5%~18.2%,速效钾、速效磷、速效氮分别增长19.3%~49.0%、21.6%~34.0%、7.0%~2.8%;植株株高、茎围和叶面积增加14.0%~33.5%、25%~46%、24.0%~37.0%,叶绿素和净光合作用的增幅分别为17.2%~17.8%和5.7%~6.0%。番茄青枯病的发病率下降24.0%~32.0%,果实水溶性总糖和单粒果实重量分别增加1.5%~2.7%、8.4%~11.6%。表明复合微生物菌肥在改良土壤、促进番茄生长、防治番茄青枯病方面具有显著作用。To clarify the impact of Lvonglin^(R)41 compound microbial fertilizer on tomato growth and its ability to control the effect on tomato bacterial wilt caused by bacterial wilt in the field,the compound microbial fertilizer was applied during the growth of tomatoes at two locations to determine the nutrient content of root-soil,plant biological characteristics and incidence of bacterial wilt.The results showed that compared with the control,soil organic matter increased by 11.5%-18.2%after the application of compound microbial fertilizer,and available potassium,available phosphorus,and available nitrogen increased by 19.3%-49.0%,21.6%-34.0%,and 7.0%-2.8%respectively;plant height,stem circumference,and leaf area increased by 14.0%-33.5%,25%-46%,and 24.0%-37.0%,and chlorophyll and net photosynthesis increased by 17.2%-17.8%and 5.7%-6.0%respectively.The incidence of tomato bacterial wilt decreased by 24.0%-32.0%,and the total water-soluble sugars in fruits and the weight of individual fruits increased by 1.5%-2.7%,and 8.4%-11.6%,respectively.The results showed that the compound microbial fertilizer had significant effects on improving soil quality,promoting tomato growth,and controlling tomato bacterial wilt.
