摘 要:金钱树是一种优良的室内观叶植物,随着该产业的发展,培育新品种和种质资源评价尤为重要。倍性鉴定是花卉种质资源鉴定及新品种选育的重要工作之一。研究以4个金钱树品种为试验材料,采用形态学特征比较及流式细胞术测定对其进行鉴定。结果表明:粗杆品种叶片厚度最厚,叶序轴粗度最大,与其他品种差异显著。粗杆的气孔密度与其他3个品种存在显著差异,其气孔密度最小,为18.52个/mm^(2);粗杆的叶片单细胞DNA含量是其他3个品种的2倍,为四倍体植株。本研究明确了圆叶、尖叶及黑钻3个品种为二倍体植株,粗杆植株为四倍体植株,为金钱树新种质培育提供重要依据。Zamioculcas zamiifolia is an excellent indoor foliage plant,and with the development of this industry,the cultivation of new cultivars and the evaluation of germplasm resources are crucial.Ploidy identification is one of the vital tasks in the identification of germplasm resources and the breeding of new varieties of flowers.Four cultivars of Z.zamiifolia were used as test materials,their morphological characteristics were compared,and flow cytometry was used for detection.The results revealed that the‘Coarse Rod’cultivar had the thickest leaves and the thickest petioles,which significantly differed from those of the other cultivars.The stomatal density of the‘Coarse Rod’cultivar was significantly different from that of the other three cultivars,and the stomatal density was the lowest(18.52 individuals·mm^(-2)),and the single-cell DNA content of the leaves of‘Coarse Rod’was twice that of the other three cultivars,indicating that it is a tetraploid plant.In this study,it was confirmed that the three cultivars,‘Round Leaf’,‘Sharp Leaf’,and‘Black Diamond’,were confirmed to be diploid plants,and the‘Coarse Rod’plants were tetraploids,providing a vital basis for the cultivation of new germplasms.
