摘　　要：党外代表人士建言献策工作室(以下简称“建言献策工作室”)是中国石化加强统战工作、发挥党外知识分子作用的重要措施,基本管理模式是“总部抓总、党委主建、工作室主战”。本文梳理了中国石化层面的建言献策工作室建设部署,介绍了中国石化党外代表人士建言献策李志明工作室以“三三制”组织建设工作法抓管理、促发展的做法和成效,以期能够为中国石化直属单位进一步加强建言献策工作室建设、提升统战工作质效提供参考。The construction of the studio for non-Party representatives to offer advice(hereinafter referred to as the“advice studio”)is an important measure for SINOPEC to strengthen the United front work and give play to the role of non-Party intellectuals,and the basic management mode is“the headquarters make the main decision,the Party committee is mainly responsible for construction,and the studio works as the main force”.This paper reviews the construction and deployment of SINOPEC advice studio,introduces the good practice of focusing on management and promoting development of Li Zhiming Studio’s“three-three”principle of organization and construction work,in order to provide references for the units directly under SINOPEC to further strengthen the construction of advice studio and improve the quality and effectiveness of united front work.
