氮掺杂碳材料降解苯酚的研究

摘  要:采用热解法,以葡萄糖溶液、尿素、双氰胺为原材料制备氮掺杂碳材料CN-800,并对其降解苯酚的性能进行了分析。通过单因素实验考查了CN-800+过硫酸盐(PS)体系,催化剂CN-800的添加量,氧化剂过硫酸盐(PS)的浓度,初始pH值对降解效果的影响。结果表明,CN-800能有效活化过硫酸盐降解苯酚,当催化剂质量浓度为0.7 g/L,氧化剂浓度为3 mmol/L,初始pH为10时,苯酚降解率可达到97.8%。CN-800+PS体系降解苯酚的过程更符合准一级反应动力学方程,氮掺杂碳材料在PS体系中催化降解苯酚的效果较好。Nitrogen-doped carbon CN-800 was prepared using a pyrolysis method with glucose solution,urea and dicyandiamide,and its ability to degrade phenol was analyzed.The effects of CN-800+persulfate(PS)system,the amount of CN-800 catalyst,the concentration of oxidant persulfate(PS)and the initial pH value on the degradation effect were investigated by single factor experiment.The results show that CN-800 can effectively activate persulfate to degrade phenol.When the catalyst content is 0.7 g/L,the oxidant concentration is 3 mmol/L,and the initial pH is 10,the degradation rate of phenol can reach 97.8%.The degradation process of phenol in CN-800+PS system is more consistent with the quasi-first-order reaction kinetic equation,the catalytic degradation of phenol by nitrogen-doped carbon material in PS system was better.
