摘 要:苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)树脂材料具有较高的力学性能和结构稳定性,在建筑装饰领域得到广泛应用。加入玻璃纤维(GF)作为增强体,能够降低树脂的结晶能力,提高树脂分子的流动性。开展PBT含量对装饰用GF增强PBT/PET树脂熔融性能的影响分析,结果表明:采用GF增强材料形成了亚甲基、羰基、碳氧键的吸收振动峰,在1600~1 450 cm-1之间形成了多条尖锐且强度较小谱带。对GF增强PET/PBT树脂试样时行DSC测试,形成了2个熔融峰。经测试,得到PBT的熔点为226℃,PET的熔点为261℃。该研究有助于提高装饰化工高分子材料的制备,可拓展到其他应用领域。Butylene phthalate(PBT)resin has been widely used in the field of architectural decoration because of its high mechanical properties and structural stability.The addition of glass fiber(GF)as reinforcement can reduce the crystallization capacity of the resin and improve the molecular mobility of the resin.The effect of polyamide(PBT)content on the melting property of PBT/PET resin reinforced by GF for decoration was studied.The results show that the absorption vibration peaks of methylene,carbonyl and carbon-oxygen bonds are formed by GF reinforced materials,and several sharp bands with low intensity are formed between 1600 and 1450 cm-1.Two melting peaks were formed when the GF reinforced PET/PBT resin samples were heated.The melting point of PBT was about 226℃,and that of PET was about 261℃.This research is helpful to improve the preparation of polymer materials for decorative chemical industry and can be extended to other application fields.
