摘 要:离子色谱法相较于其他方法,具有操作简便、检测速度快、准确性高等优点,采用ICS-900型离子色谱仪,通过阴离子交换色谱柱和氢氧化钾淋洗液,实现了离子色谱法对废水中氟离子的定性和定量分析。研究数据显示,氟化物的质量浓度介于0.3~2.0 mg/L之间时,与色谱峰面积展现出良好的线性相关性。检出限为0.005 mg/L,加标回收率为99.85%~100.7%。同时,通过对标准溶液和实际样品的测定,验证了该方法的准确性和可靠性,适用于化工废水中氟化物的测定,为工业废水处理提供了有效的分析手段。Compared with other methods,ion chromatography has the advantages of simple operation,fast detection speed,and high accuracy.The ICS-900 ion chromatograph was used to achieve the qualitative and quantitative analysis of fluoride ions in wastewater through anion exchange chromatography column and potassium hydroxide eluent.Research data shows that when the mass concentration of fluoride is between 0.3 and 2.0 mg/L,it exhibits a good linear correlation with the chromatographic peak area.The detection limit is 0.005 mg/L,and the spiked recovery rate is 99.85%to 100.7%.At the same time,the accuracy and reliability of the method were verified through the determination of standard solutions and actual samples,and it is suitable for the determination of fluoride in chemical wastewater,providing an effective analytical tool for industrial wastewater treatment.
