摘  要:提高乙烯收率能够显著提高蒸汽裂解装置的经济效益,乙烯裂解原料性质及操作条件都能显著影响乙烯收率,本文对比了不同裂解原料性质对乙烯收率的影响,并对COT、烃分压、停留时间等操作参数对乙烯收率的影响进行讨论,以提高乙烯裂解装置乙烯收率,延长裂解炉运转周期,提高装置效益。Increasing ethylene yield can significantly improve the economic benefit of steam cracker.The properties of ethylene cracking materials and operating conditions can significantly affect the ethylene yield.In this paper,the effects of different raw material of cracking raw materials on ethylene yield were compared,and the effects of operation parameters such as COT,hydrocarbon partial pressure and residence time on ethylene yield were discussed,so as to increase ethylene yield of ethylene cracker,prolong operation period of cracking furnace and improve efficiency of the unit.
