摘  要:目的:提升聚丁二烯基碳氢树脂在高频通信环境下的性能表现,以满足5G技术对于低介电常数、低介电损耗需求,从而提升信号传输效率和减少信号衰减。方法:精细调控样品制备过程,包括树脂的聚合反应条件及后处理工艺,确保获得高质量的聚丁二烯基碳氢树脂样品。随后进行填料改性和分子结构设计,研究不同比例的填料对树脂介电性能的影响;调整树脂的分子聚合度,优化介电性能。结果:当S-SiO_(2)填料质量分数为50%时,树脂的介电常数达到最低值且介电损耗因数较低,实现了两者之间的良好平衡;树脂聚合度为150%时,聚丁二烯基碳氢树脂的介电常数(3.30)和介电损耗因数(0.003 7)均达到相对较低且平衡的最优状态。结论:在填料质量分数为50%且树脂聚合度为150%的条件下,聚丁二烯基碳氢树脂的介电性能得到了最佳优化,能够充分满足5G通信应用。Objective:To improve the performance of polybutadiene based hydrocarbon resin in high-frequency communication environments,in order to meet the low dielectric constant and low dielectric loss requirements of 5G technology,thereby enhancing signal transmission efficiency and reducing signal attenuation.Method:Fine control the sample preparation process,including the polymerization reaction conditions and post-treatment processes of the resin,to ensure the acquisition of high-quality polybutadiene based hydrocarbon resin samples.Subsequently,filler modification and molecular structure design were carried out to study the effect of different proportions of fillers on the dielectric properties of the resin.Adjust the molecular polymerization degree of the resin and optimize its dielectric properties.Result:When the mass fraction of filler is 50%,the dielectric constant of the resin reaches its lowest value and the dielectric loss factor is low,achieving a good balance between the two.When the polymerization degree of the resin is 150%,the dielectric constant(3.30)and dielectric loss factor(0.0037)of polybutadiene based hydrocarbon resin reach a relatively low and balanced optimal state.Conclusion:Under the conditions of a filler mass fraction of 50%and a resin polymerization degree of 150%,the dielectric properties of polybutadiene based hydrocarbon resin have been optimized and can fully meet the requirements of 5G communication applications.
