摘 要:为实现煤层气资源的高效利用,研究通过升压使吸附剂吸附混合气中的CH_(4),然后通过降压将CH_(4)从吸附床中解吸出来,采用多塔吸附使吸附塔中吸附剂的吸附和再生交替进行;为了提高分离效率,通过CO_(2)置换洗脱实验,对操作条件如压力、气流速率等进行了优化。最后评价了基于沸石分子筛的气体置换与变压吸附联合处理低浓度煤层气的有效性与可行性。结果表明,通过CO_(2)置换操作,可以从低浓度煤层气中提取出甲烷体积分数高达85%~90%以上的产品气,回收率高达90%左右,说明该工艺能够有效提高低浓度煤层气中CH_(4)的回收率,可以实现将煤层气中的CH_(4)富集提浓到符合管道天然气的要求。In order to realize the efficient utilization of coalbed methane resources,the study made the adsorbent absorb CH_(4) in the mixture by increasing pressure,and then desorbed CH_(4) from the adsorption bed by reducing pressure.The adsorption and regeneration of adsorbent in the adsorption tower were carried out alternately by multi-column adsorption.In order to improve the separation efficiency,the operating conditions such as pressure and flow rate were optimized by CO_(2) displacement elution experiment.Finally,the effectiveness and feasibility of the combined treatment of low concentration coalbed methane by gas displacement and pressure swing adsorption based on zeolite molecular sieve were evaluated.The results show that product gas with a methane concentration of more than 85%~90%can be extracted from low-concentration coalbed methane with a recovery rate of about 90%,indicating that this process can effectively improve the recovery rate of CH_(4) in low-concentration coalbed methane,and can realize the enrichment and concentration of CH_(4) in coalbed methane to meet the requirements of pipeline natural gas.
