摘  要:硼酚醛树脂(BPF)在建筑装饰领域得到广泛应用,但其潜在危害性不容忽视。通过添加聚酰胺PA6对其改性,分析PA6含量对建筑装饰用BPF性能的影响。对不同改性试样进行热稳定性测试,结果表明:采用FTIR方法表征BPF与BPF-PA6的官能团结构,PA6已被成功引入至BPF。当PA6的添加量上升后,树脂流动度表现为先降低、后增大、又再次降低的变化趋势,树脂的残炭率与热稳定性都会显著下降。BPF与BPF-PA6具有比PF更高的热稳定性。BPF-PA6的使用温度应控制在750℃以内。Boron phenolic resin(BPF)has been widely used in the field of architectural decoration,but its potential hazards cannot be ignored.By adding polyamide PA6 for modification,analyze the effect of PA6 content on the performance of BPF for building decoration.Conduct thermal stability tests on different modified samples.The results showed that the functional group structures of BPF and BPF-PA6 were characterized by FTIR method,and PA6 had been successfully introduced into BPF.When the amount of PA6 added increases,the flowability of the resin shows a trend of first decreasing,then increasing,and then decreasing again.BPF and BPF-PA6PF have higher thermal stability than PF.BPF and BPF-PA6 have higher thermal stability than PF.The operating temperature of BPF-PA6 should be controlled within 750℃.
